Gazella Supply Chain is now seeking a meticulous and quality-driven Product Assurance Specialist for ECAPS AB – an innovative and growing company in the space and defense industry, specializing in advanced rocket propulsion systems and environmentally friendly propellants. This is a key role within the organization, ensuring that ECAPS’ products, suppliers, and internal processes meet the highest standards of reliability and performance. You will work across the entire product lifecycle in a high-tech, quality-focused environment where precision and safety are paramount.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with ECAPS’ Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 / AS9100 and project-specific requirements.
  • Identify and manage risks, handle non-conformances, and lead Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Support external audits, customer reviews, and configuration management processes.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality and traceability at every stage.
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure that quality requirements are met throughout the supply chain.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation and inspection records.
  • Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance quality performance and process efficiency.

Who are you?

We are looking for a structured and proactive individual with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. You have previous experience in quality or product assurance within a process-oriented environment, preferably in aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability industries.  

You likely have:

  • A relevant technical degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and documentation practices (ISO 9001, AS9100).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
